1 / Returns, refunds and exchanges
All returns, refunds and exchanges are only accepted for unused products. If the product is found to be faulty or damaged please contact Skye Blue Candles.
2 / Shipping
Shipping is based on weight and destination. Rates are calculated as per Sendle postage rates:
Sydney Metropolitan area, approximately $6 per candle. Regional/Interstate slightly more.

4 / Instructions
- Trim your wick each time before use to avoid black soot in the wax and glass, do not cut too short or this can cause tunnelling when the wax does not burn to the edge.
- For the best burn ensure your candle burns for least 2 hours or until the wax melts to the edge so subsequent burns burn evenly.
- Keep away from draughty areas.
- When extinguishing your candle, blow out gently or use a snuffer to avoid black sooty parts getting in the wax.
